Ugubi Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 29, 2026

Our apps do not collect or store personal data or content from your Atlassian site. This policy explains what that means for each version of our apps, and the limited data we handle when you contact us.

1. Who we are

The data controller is:

2. Scope

This policy covers:

Atlassian's own processing of your data in Jira, Confluence and other Atlassian products is covered by the Atlassian Privacy Policy, not this one.

3. Data processed by our Apps

Forge versions (cloud)

Our Forge Apps run entirely inside Atlassian's cloud infrastructure.

Your site's data stays under your organization's control. Uninstalling an App removes any App settings stored on your site.

Connect versions (cloud)

Our Connect Apps run on Ugubi servers. They store only the app registration entry and its secure registration token, which Atlassian provides when the App is installed. They do not store personal data or content from your Jira or Confluence site. Backups contain only this registration information and are encrypted.

Data Center versions

Our Data Center Apps run inside your own Jira instance, on infrastructure you control. Ugubi does not host, store or have access to that data.

4. Support and website

The only personal data we handle is what you choose to send us.
